If you control only 1/1s Overrun is better, but if you control 3/3+s, Overwhelming Stampede is a better choice. They're both awesome! But the best one is still Rancor. It's a +5/+5 + Trample + Lifelink + First Strike. +5/+5 is A LOT. If you have a 1/1 creature it becomes a 6/6 monster with trample. And that's for all your creatures.
