TRUE RULER^(Imper.Di )
Uhhh, yeah...no, that's not how the Traditional format works. Traditional format has the banned cards from Adv. format limited, the other cards that are limited/semi-limited in Adv. are still limited/semi-limited in traditional format.
What game have YOU been playing? Traditional has no Banned cards besides the non-playable Egyptian Gods --- GOTOTHEWIKI if you need anymore proof---
Kato_Zenamara
How about you guys stop your little flame war. This topic has gotten about 5 actual posts in it, and the rest are just spam. I like the general idea of Omega Summoning, but it just seems like a mash up of Fusion and Synchro Summoning. So you just have an Alpha monster and some other specified card, and you Omegify it. Its almost like a flawed version of Synchro's. You'd have to draw an Alpha, the specified monster, and the Omega Monster. Since most of these omegified monsters are already rather powerful, 2-tribute monsters, summoning these would just be too much of a hassle, and with little gain to show for it. I waste my time summoning Dark Magician (through whatever means it takes), then I use another summon to smmon an Alpha, and then Omega Summon Dark Omega Magician. What have I gained from all that? 500 ATK and 2 spells that I have to pay to use. There are thousands of better plays that could have been completed in half the time and effort. Infact, this is almost exactly like Assault Modes for non-Synchro Monsters.

I didn't say that Traditional format had banned cards, I said Traditional format has the banned cards from ADVANCED FORMAT limited. Then I said that the rest of the cards that are semi-limted/limited in Advanced format are still limited/semi-limited in Traditional. RC really is filled with scrubs. Stan Alda
I have several templates available. If you would like, I can have samples of "Magician of Darkness" in each template, but it'll take some time. Stan Alda
I finally got the sample done. However, it was a massive pain to do it, and even then, I don't think it's of perfect quality (it's the text that got me). To alleviate this, I'm going to post my process, in the hopes that you can do it yourself. To do this, you'll need GIMP, and this method was done using Windows Vista.
1. Make your card as normal. 2. Right-click the card and select "Copy Image". 3. Paste it into GIMP. 4. If you're using a darker template, like I did, you'll need to select the Circulation, Set ID, Creator, Year, and Serial Number; either by using "Fuzzy Select" to select the black text, or using "Free Select" to trace out the letters. Use the "Bucket Fill" tool to paint the text white. This is the hardest and most time-consuming part. The text is tiny, and doing it right may require working with INDIVIDUAL PIXELS. Whether or not I did it right is up for debate. 5. Select everything but the Name area (the beveled rectangle with the name and attribute), the Level Stars, Effect pane (the rectangle with the effect/flavor text), and the text listed above. Select the "Blend" tool. 6. In "Blend"'s Tool Options, there are menus for "Gradient" and for "Shape". Under "Gradient", select "Dark 1". Under "Shape", select "Shaped (angular)". 7. The cursor will now turn to a cross. Select a spot anywhere on the card, hold the left mouse button down, and release anywhere else on the image. This adds the gradient--in layman's terms, it makes the main body of the card that nice black-and-pinkish design. 8. Next, use "Rectangle Select" to select the Name area. Use Fuzzy or Free select, just like with the smaller text, to subtract the name (it's under Fuzzy/Free Select's Tool Options menu). 9. Use "Ellipse Select" to subtract the Attribute circle from the selection. 10. Select Blend again, using the same "Dark 1" gradient. However, select "Linear" under "Shape". 11. Move the cursor up to the top line of the Name pane, click-and-drag the line to the bottom of the Name Pane, then release. This adds the black pattern to the name pane. 12. Using "Ellipse Select", select the Attribute. Under "Filters" (at the top of the screen), go down to the "Decor" sub-menu, then select "Add Bevel". 13. A window for "Add Bevel" should appear. Un-select the "Work On Copy" box (it's on by default), then hit OK. This adds a shadow beneath the Attribute. 14. Save and do it for the rest of your cards. 15. When you're all done, go for a walk or something!
