If this card is used for a synchro summon you can special summon up to two level 3 or lower monster's from your deck. If this card is destroyed by card effect you can special summon one Xyclone monster monster from your graveyard.

If your opponent declare an attack on a synchro monster you control you can change the attack target to this card. If this card is selected as attack target you can activate one of the following effects: If this card is attacked in attack mode you can switch it to defense mode if this card was destroyed in attack mode you take no damage and destroy the attacking monster, If this card is attacked in defense mode you can switch this card to attack mode if this card was destroyed in defense mode draw two cards. At the end of your opponent's turn you can activate one of the following effects. If this card was destroyed in attack mode you can remove from play the monster that was destroyed by this card effect and gain life points equal to the destroyed monster attack points, If this card was destroyed in defense mode draw one card for every level of the monster that destroyed this card if you draw a level five or below tuner monster you can special summon it ignoring thee summoning conditions.

OCG = Graveyard. Level, two=2 , Special Summon, Deck

First OCG problem I saw: the effects need to be reversed. Just like your Duel follows the Draw, Standby, Main Phase, potential Battle Phase, potential Main Phase 2, and End Phase, your card effects should follow this pattern: Standby Phase effects first, then Main Phase, etc., etc. It makes it flow nicer and makes the OCG cleaner.

The other problem I see is that you can continually Synchro Summon with this card's effect. Sure, let me just bring out this Whatever Level 3 monster + Xyclone Acorea. Synchro Summon, there is Goyo Guardian. Effect activates, let me just bring out this Whatever Level 3 monster + Xyclone Acorea. Synchro Summon, there is Brionac. Effect activates, let me just bring out this Whatever Level 3 monster + Xyclone Acorea. Synchro Summon, there's Splendid Rose, or whatever Level 6 Synchro Monster you can come up with. There definitely should be a drawback to the number of times you can Synchro Summon with this card. If there is an effect like this:
If this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can Special Summon one Xyclone monster monster from your Graveyard. If this card is used for a Synchro Summon you can Special Summon up to 2 level 3 or lower Monsters from your Deck. Afterwards, you cannot Special Summon for the rest of the turn.
then that would severely limit on the number of times you can Synchro Summon, making it more of a realistic card. BTW: fixed OCG.

If this card was destroyed in Defense Mode, draw two cards. At the end of your opponent's turn you can activate one of the following effects: If this card was destroyed in Attack Mode you can banish the monster that was destroyed by this card effect and gain Life Points equal to the destroyed monster's Attack Ppoints. If this card was destroyed in Defense Mode, draw one card for every level of the monster that destroyed this card. If you draw a level 5 or below Tuner Monster, you can Special Summon it, ignoring the summoning conditions.
The bold part at the very end is the one that I have trouble with. The bold Banish is just to tell you about the new OCG rule. RFP = Banish now. Again, fixed OCG.

Right, onto the second bolded part. This part screams OP. It's like a thousand dollar amplifier blasting away a power chord at full volume. I think you get the fact that it is hurting my eardrums. Think about if a Synchro Monster destroyed that card, you would be drawing five, six, seven, or even twelve cards! Konami is a big jerk in the fact that they won't even let you draw ONE card, because they limited "Jar of Greed" and banned "Pot of Greed", along with "Destiny Draw" and any other cards that allow you to draw cards from your Hand. If Konami saw this card they would laugh, bury you in the dirt, alive, and leave you to think "What the hell was I thinking (I was being serious there...)?" And also being able to Summon Level 5 Tuners or below? Think about "Clear Mind" when Yusei drew 5 cards and all of them were tuners. Bam! 5 Tuners on the field. Then what? You would have to get rid of one of those Tuners either by card effect or by Tributing. That's never good.

And also, please try and find some way to shorten this effect. If you can't, then I'll just have to live with it, but elderly folks out there who might be old enough to realize that the world really can be taken over by a Children's Card Game (YCM was the first step) might make a fuss.

Breakdown:

5/10 - Concept and originality
6/10 - OCG (Fixes = reduction)
9/10 - Artwork

Total: 6.66/10 (Okay)
