おジャマ・キング
A few minutes ago, I came up with this idea: The Aerial Zone! It's basically a place where Monsters on the field fly. Rules of the Aerial Zone:

Cards can only be brought to the Aerial Zone by an effect, and can only be brought back to the Monster Zone by an effect. You can't just bring your Blackwing into your Aerial Zone even though it's a Winged Beast.
Monsters in the Aerial Zone can only attack other Aerial Zone monsters, and can only be attacked by monsters your opponent controls in the Aerial Zone. Monsters don't have infinite reach.
Cards in the Aerial Zone cannot be face-down. Your opponent will see every monster in the sky.
Special Summons to the Aerial Zone are called "Aerial Summon"s. Not "Special Summon to the Aerial Zone".
There can only be 3 Monsters in your Aerial Zone at a time. Pretty self-explanatory.
Aerial Zone Monsters cannot attack directly. As I said before, monsters don't have infinite reach.
If you control a monster in the Aerial Zone but not a monster in the Monster Zone, your opponent can attack directly. A flying bird in the air can't protect a person on the ground without landing.
If you have a monster in an Aerial Zone, it counts as having a monster. Spirit Barrier's effect will activate if you have an Aerial Zone monster.
You can use monsters in the Aerial Zone as Synchro/Fusion/Xyz materials and Tributes. Again, pretty self-explanatory.
You can't Summon to the Aerial Zone except by Aerial Summon. So a mole won't get stuck in the air while it's supposed to be in the ground.
I will revise this list. It is not final. This is my first Aerial Zone card that I made:
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, send this card to your Aerial Zone and select a Monster Card on the field. During your next Standby Phase, destroy this card and the selected Monster Card.
This card has an effect that Herman suggested:
This card is also treated as Zombie-Type. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can send this face up card on your side of the Field to your Aerial Zone or while this is in your Aerial Zone you can send it to your Monster Zone.
But wait! Dragons can fly too!
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can send this face up card on your side of the Field to your Aerial Zone or while this is in your Aerial Zone you can send it to your Monster Zone.
This is a strong card that Herman the German made. Some OCG, spelling and punctuation errors, but it's okay.
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can send this face up card on your side of the Field to your Aerial Zone or while this is in your Aerial Zone you can send to your Monster Zone. During your Battle Phase your Opponet must banish their entire Hand then they select 3 cards in their bannish pile they add those 3 cards to their Hand. This card inflicts Peircing Damage. There can only be 1 face-up "Altered Kai Grand Draagoon" on the Field.
A really good equip spell for these cards with a good cost. Doesn't allow to attack directly so people won't overuse it.
If a monster equipped with this card attacks, its owner takes 500 damage. A monster equipped with this card can attack a monster in a Monster Card Zone while in an Aerial Zone and can attack a monster in an Aerial Zone while in a Monster Card Zone.
This wizard uses magic to fly! (From Herman the German)
Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can send this face up card on your side of the Field to your Aerial Zone or while this is in your Aerial Zone you can send to your Monster Zone. Once Per Turn your Opponent gains 300 Life Points for Every face up "Aletered Kai" on your side of the Field. Once Per Turn when your Opponent gains Life Points due to a "Alter Kai Effect" all face up lv 4 or lower "Alter Kai" monsters on your side of the Field gains 1000 ATK until End Phase
It's a bird! It's a plane! Yep, it's a plane (Yet again from Herman the German)
1 Turner monster + 1 or more non Tuner monster When this is Sychro Summon, move this card to the Aerial Zone then select 3 spell cards or 3 traps cards from your Deck revail them to your Opponent your Opponent select 2 cards of the one revail by this card effect then the other is return to your Deck your Deck is shuffled. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can send this face up card on your side of the Field to your Aerial Zone or while this is in your Aerial Zone you can send to your Monster Zone. Once Per Turn inflict damage to your Oponent's Life Points equal to the combine Level of all monster in the Aerial Zone x 100
Jetpacks make machines and people fly! (Yet again from Herman the German)
This card can only be equip to a Machine type or Warrior type Synchro monster the equiped monster gains these effects Twice Per Turn, during your Main Phase, you can send this face up card on your side of the Field to your Aerial Zone or while this is in your Aerial Zone you can send to your Monster Zone. Twice Per Turn inflict damage to your Oponent's Life Points equal to the combine Level of all monster in the Aerial Zone x 50
Feel free to make your own Aerial Zone cards, I will add them to this part of the topic if I like it. Garthfunkle Vii Backwards
monsters don't have reach ??? why not ?? lets say a effect monster that has "reach" but it comes at a small cost player 1 has an aerial monster but player 2 has no aerial monster does player 1 aerial monster can attack directly even though player 2 has a monster in the monster zone ??? your aerial effect should be like this instead Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can send this face up card on your side of the Field to your Aerial Zone or while this is in your Aerial Zone you can send to your Monster Zone. its munch better dont you think so ???
Hm, I didn't think of that. As I said, the rules are not final. I'll fix it.
I don't see how an effect can munch at all, but my first Aerial Zone card was supposed to go to the Aerial Zone as a one-way effect.Bumb. I made 2 cards and Herman made 1 card.
