Minimum is 40. Maximum is 60.

I didn't say this was a Deck. Just a set of cards.

No one said you had to use one of everything or that you couldn't use multiples.

I summon Scootaloo, and use her effect to special summon Rainbow Dash, and since Rainbow Dash is on the field, I can special summon Tank. I now Synchro summon level 1 Scootaloo, level 4 Rainbow Dash, and level 3 tank to Synchro summon Princess Celestia!!

Also, you really need some Xyz monsters. Nightmare Moon would be a great Xyz monster.

1) She's already an Effect Monster.

2) There isn't an Xyz Monster option on Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Maker.

3) I'm more of a Synchro person, anyway.

i would like to write this information down so i can proxy this for personal reasons, however i cant view Apple Bloom, Nightmare Moon, Cadence, Philomena, or Gummy. could you please tell me what their levels types and attributes are? I would be very grateful

I've noticed a fair number of pictures are low quality, and therefore grainy. It is fairly easy to find better-quality pictures using Google of Deviantart, so if you decide to make the effort, I look forward to seeing what you decide to use.

It may be easier to just use a wiki. There are also a fair number of them in my own set.
