The idea was Decent. But compared to another member , this one is in low standard.

Not really that useful, unless you add it cards not only monster

i dunno what to say about the Picture..It kinda looks YGO'ish..but on the other hand it doesnt..Weird

The effect isnt that great / Unique or anything

But it's a good first try ..

Tip: Check out the New OCG..could make it easier from the beginning on..starting with old OCG as a newb isnt too pragmatic

for an early card this is reasonable, so I'll give you 8.2/10

Got rid of the "you can" from the card, since all the other Monarchs effects are mandatory, so why shouldn't this cards effect be as well?

Anyways, I changed the effect to this because, well, it would be better like this.

No that would be too broken it's basically a +2 and acts better that pot of Greed. He should leave it as it is only change from 2 Monsters to 2 Cards.

I like the cards idea, just not the picture.

Also, OCG fix:

Change the picture to a better one, and I'll give it a 9/10. Leave it with that picture, and it's an 8.3/10.

Picture doesn't seem quite right, but that's been mentioned.

If you make it any cards, and/or add a draw, it'll be OK. Monarch effects are generally a +1 in terms of card advantage, which becomes a +0 because tributing for the Monarch is a -1. The only exception is Mobius, who is a +2 without accounting for tributes. Yours is a -1, because the effect doesn't get you any advantage. The recycling is nice, but alone isn't really Monarch style, so adding a draw would be fine, although if you do you may want to force the player to return 2, and no less than two, cards. Also, you don't need to mention the deck being shuffled - adding (or returning) cards to the deck means shuffling them in, and newer cards don't mention shuffling any more.

Ocg: When this Monster is Tribute Summoned: Return up to two monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck.

This is the new ocg. For the old version, replace the colon with a comma, and don't capitalise "return".
