So today I smashed my face on the floor

I was just reading in the sun because I'm awfully pale, when I decided it was time to come in. By the time I made it inside, I started to get dizzy. I then proceeded to black out, hit my chin on the floor and crack a few teeth. There's now a huge gash on my chin and my mouth feels like s***. I'm just putting bandages on it because I really want to avoid getting stitches, and I'm starting to feel better now. Oh, and I might have sustained a minor concussion.

When I was in 3rd or 4th grade gym class for a P.E. running exercise, I got tripped by some girl and hit my head hard on the sidewalk. Got what they call a "Goose Egg".

In 4th grade, I was on the playground for recess when I decided to hang around the monkey bars. I had my feet on the main part of the playground, and I stepped off wrong. I tried to hold on to the monkey bars, but the momentum and my awkward position forced me to let go, and I ended up landing on my arm wrong, pulling a muscle to a level that I thought I had broken it.

omg

I fell on my chin too! Except that was when I was like, three or four years old. I wasn't stitched, so you can still barely see a scar if you looked hard enough on my chin. By the way, I don't remember my jaw or teeth hurting. It was just the chin.

Regarding your original point of randomly passing out, I have random fainting spells and feel unconcious for a few seconds. Keep drinking water is usually the solution.

Regarding worst injury, unquestionably getting kicked in the face playing football (I used to play in goal). Got away with just a fractured cheekbone as opposed to having my eye completely pierced and blinked by some thug.

Fell off a fence and hit my elbow on concrete, breaking my arm when I was five or something. Had it stabilized with nails that were removed, only leaving weird markings on my elbow.
Sliced open the back of my head on the edge of a desk when I was around 9. Had two it sealed with two medical staples that were later removed. Not sure if there're any markings.
Smashed my head face-first on ice when I was around 12, giving me cuts all over my face. Don't think any of it really stayed, beyond a faint scar above my lip.

Haven't had anything major happen to me in quite a few years.

When I was younger, I had a bad fall out on my bike. I had a huge bruise on my leg that covered about a 1/3 of my calf. Also scrapped up my elbow really bad. My bike chain broke so I had to walk home about a block or two. It sucked.. My dad also accidently backed up into me one time when I was little and in his blind spot. I didn't get hurt cause I was in the middle of the car so I just got a small scrap from falling.

I've broken 3 bones. Forgot exactly how the first two happened, aside from the fact that they were in my right arm.

The 3rd I remember clearly. I was in my room at an older house of mine, about 5 years ago, and I was one the top bunk. For the past few hours, with my cousins and siblings, I was practicing jumping off of the bunk. Well, the cousin that I hung out with the most was on the lower bunk. Right as I was jumping off, he came running on out. I smashed down on top of him, snapping my fibula.

I am happy to say that it fully recovered. Would've sucked otherwise, since I love to climb. xD

I also have two scars.

The first as when I was around 11 or 12, and I tripped over a ladder on the ground. Ripped open a gap 7x1x1 gash in my leg. Cried like a baby. ^^;

The other was when I was maybe 13. I was at the Grand Canyon, climbing a tree. (Hindsight is 20/20) I had put my entire weight on this one small nub of tree, and it snapped. I went tumbling down a short distance before catching myself.

I walked it off. Literally. I had to walk a mile to the nearest medical attention. I was actually laughing during most of the experience. : D
