Zetsu-plant
Elemental Hero Neos + Stardust Dragon This card cannot be Special Summoned, except by Fusion Summon with the above Fusion Material Monsters. When the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster Card is activated, you can Release this card to negate that activation and destroy it. If this effect is used your opponent loses 800 lifepoints. Special this card during your end phase. When this card attacks a Synchro monster with level 6 or more, half the attack strength of the monster that is target of attack. If this card is destroyed and sent to your graveyard special summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" or 1 "Elemental Hero Neos"
Please enjoy
MibeR
Combining Stardust Deck and E-Hero Deck is way to impossible. Unless you are Jaden and Yusei tag team partner. Return to Extra Deck makes this card uncool, get rid of it. Still Stardust Better and we have a lot better fusion monster from E Neos
Varionius
Cool pic, and cool effects, but it returning to the extra deck to at the end phase.

Zetsu-plant
I just made a twist where you can't even activate trap cards and now he gains 200 ATK for every spell and trap card on the field (facedown or not)

ragnarok1945
unimpressive Stardust Dragon itself is more useful than this, especially since this card only lasts 1 turn on the field 6/
Zetsu-plant
true i will find a way to make it better I edited it to be more powerful and have more of a stardust effect so that it is more useful plus it stays on the field now
lvl1hero
... wow what an edit... ... i missed out on the Elemental Hero's opening debute... ... i'm guessing Elemetal Hero Neo's is hard to pull out?... ... cuz if so... this card sounds reasonable... ... but if its easy for both to come out this card is too OP... ... but i wouldn't know... ... though... ... allowing you to bring back either Stardust or Elemental Hero Neo's is kinda broken... thats like saying something like this: "If Gate Guardian is destroyed and sent to the field, special summon 1 (whatever those 3 tribute monsters were)" ... since for every counter you use this card for you're infliciting 800 Life Points (do it 10 times and your opponent loses)... on top of that you halve all monsters this card battles with (which i guess is not to bad)... combined... its kind of OP... awesome card though... ... i wouldn't know how you'd re-edit it to your liking without it being as strong as you or others expect it to be... Zetsu-plant
they are both level 7 and 8 monsters and to summon stardust you need to preform a synchro summon which is actually much effort lol and i have the original not too overpowered version saved to my computer cuz i like that one better
ragnarok1945
yeah see NOW it's better because you can use it to get Stardust out, so I'll raise my rate to 7.9/
