Worm Victory Effect

I have a question about Worm Victory effect plus W Nebula Meteorite.

When you activate W Nebula Meteorite when you have a face-down monster that's a light reptile monster, for example like Worm Yagan and you have about 10 "worm" monster in your graveyard due to the effect of Future Fusion for summoning Worm Zero. When you end your turn, the trap card activate and flip Worm Yagan back to face-down and you draw 1 card(Forget about drawing 1 card each since I'm tired right now) and then Special Summon a level 7 light reptile monster from your deck. If you choose Worm Victory for W Nebula Meteorite last effect and actually Special Summon Worm Victory to the field, does it gain its effect or it doesn't gain???? Worm Victory effect is Flip/Continuous and his last effect increase his ATK by 500 for each "Worm" monster is in your graveyard.

 

Please I need an answer since I'm running a Worm Deck.

2) You do not have to activate the "FLIP" effect in order to get the Continuous Effect that increases ATK.
