Sweetie Belle
wat No. You cannot flip a facedown Malefic face-up if you control a Malefic, even with Skill Drain =/
Ohhhhh... BUUUTTTTTTT I can use a card effect to flip him while Skill Drain is on the field, because:
Suppose you control a face-up monster like "Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon" or "Malefic Red-Eyes B. Dragon" or "Malefic Stardust Dragon" and another such monster which is face-down. If the face-down monster is flipped by an attack, then the flipped monster is destroyed after damage calculation by the effect of "Malefic Blue-Eyes White Dragon".[9]
Skill Drain would be negating the effect of the Face-up one, and so when the face-down one comes to face-up, it's effect "There can only be 1 face-up "Malefic" monster on the field." Is negated by Skill Drain, and so neither one will stop the other from existing. Right?
Ieyasu Tokugawa
In OCG, you can't have 2 Malefics period. Not sure on the ruling of flipping face-up by effect in TCG though.

darkwolf777
You can have as many Malefic Monsters as you want on the field, so long as you didn't summon one while there was already one face-up on the field. Activate Skill Drain. Summon Malefic #1. Set it with Book of Moon. Summon Malefic #2. Opponent sets it with Book of Moon. Summon Malefic #3. Normal Summon Tsukuyomi and flip this one face-down. Summon Malefic #4. Activate Ceasefire. Enjoy your 4 Malefic Monsters on the field.
