Jord200
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Thunder_King_Rai-Oh Neither player can add cards from their Deck to their hand except by drawing them. You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to negate the Special Summon of 1 of your opponent monsters, and destroy it. OmegaWave
There's nothing to discuss. This card has been talked about hundreds of times already. What else is there to say other than "It stops searchers and negates key Special Summons"?

evilfusion
I can understand a mistake with this + Duality (it's sadly common), but deliberately exploiting that your opponent might not realize when you're breaking the rules is cheating, whether it be a calculation error that you conveniently don't correct until you can exploit it, or making illegal moves that you know/hope they won't call you on. It's as despicable as stacking, or outright lying. Just because the opponent does not understand the rules or rulings does not mean you have a right to cheat them. Ah, love the anime for how they treat cheaters or underhanded tricks as worthy of condemnation.
