I think it would be good if you use it in some sort of RFP deck, but it's not all that special. I don't see it as Up'ed, its balanced but bland

Am I the only one whose going to point out that Remove from play should be Banished? lol

That's the correct OCG.

It's not overpowered in the least, but it's not really useable, either. There's so many better options and the effect is pretty bland. Perhaps you could add something more interesting, like:

Something like that. Not sure. It's not too bad though.

I've seen that image so many times over the years, though.
