Kazooie
This card can be played as a Field Spell Card. When activated, the Duel becomes a "Labyrinth Match". The field becomes a 9-by-9 space maze-board. Monster Cards cannot attack each other unless they are at least 1 space apart without a wall between them. Monster Cards can only be originally Summoned from their respective owner's side of the field. Each monster can move up to 1 space equal to its Level each turn. If a monster gets to the opponent's end of the field, it can attack directly.
This type of duel seems really fun actually. The first season anime may have had really silly things, like the flotation ring and the aging of the harpies, but this is pretty cool. Not entirely sure if this topic is okay to post, but I hope it is.

D.A._Sakuyamon
I really want to make a deck around this. But it's Anime Only ;.; (Effect wise)
Kazooie
@CDDRodrigo: They really did. @OmegaWave: Best concept out of season one I think. @Paint Thinner For Blood: They played it as a trap card, and I think it was a trap card in the Japanese version. @♥ D.A._Fortune Lady ♥: Deck would be so fun. D.A._Sakuyamon
I think if a deck were to be made around it, the best would be burn/stall. Sense your opponent's going to take a while to get to you anyways, having Direct attacks and burn cards make it painfully good. But that's just my opinion. hexcalibrate
if konami did make duels like this it would probably be a flop, remeber when they tried to make "Dungeon Dice Monsters".

Just Crouton
If this was real, this would troll Xyzs since Xyzs don't have Levels.
Piercer of the Heavens
I feel like playing something like this. Maybe I should make it out of card board and then duel on it.
