As long as this card remains on the field, neither player can activate spell or trap cards. This card's ATK is equal to the amount of face-up Spell and Trap cards you control x600. Any battle damage in a battle involving this card is negated. When this card is destroyed, destroy all monsters on the field.[/spoiler] Dunno if I made it too powerful, underpowered or hard to summon. What do you think? What do you think?[/quote] Hmm...let me just get out my 3 Mage Powers and my 2 United We Stands, let's see that all tops to....hmm, carry the 5.... (doing math) You would almost be doubling it's ATK power from the point of simply having 5 S/T to having 5 S/Ts with ATK boosting effects. The total comes out to 7600 ATK, and that's just having one monster on the field, not counting all of the others that you might have when "United We Stand" activates. In all fairness, however, that situation hardly EVER happens, but you know me as Devil's Advocate, and I always look at the worst in every situation (or start an argument just for the fun of it). I will also admit that negating all battle damage is a bit extreme especially under the above circumstances (again, not impossible, but rare to see). I think the effect of it nuking your opponent's monsters is not too OP, especially since "E-HERO Absolute Zero" has the same effect. 8/10 (Good!) [/quote] Well, that would mean you had to activate them, obviously, and one of the effects counteract that (including Limiter Removal, which would make it so overpowered if it wasn't for that). [/quote] Nope. Only monsters that are out on the field when "Limiter Removal" is activated will be affected. But I didn't notice that either, that's another possible combination. Then you're looking at 4100 ATK. And also, by saying that it "cannot be Special Summoned", then it cannot be Special Summoned under any circumstances, PERIOD, end of story, meaning that it can't be targeted by Monster Reborn or any of those cards. [/quote] The problem I have with that kind of effect is that it would be way too easy to get out, considering the 1001 ways to get a card in the graveyard without being on the field nowadays. So this way, the only other thing that modifies the ATK are field spells and continuous card effects that were activated before the summon.
