Mysty Posted July 30, 2011 Report Share Posted July 30, 2011 I love this change. I like how the word "first" clears up a lot between Semi-Nomi and Nomi. Now the next big problem: how to word "ignoring the Summoning Conditions" accurately and still take into account the "can't be summoned from the Graveyard if not summoned properly first" ruling. It seems like they are trying to clear up the rulebook as much as possible, yet they add Piercing damage to the game. Don't get me wrong; I like that they changed it to Piercing, but I thought the original idea was to have the rulebook explain the basic rules of the game, not the rulings on a bunch of cards with effects that don't explain themselves. Another thing I'd like to see them change: instead just use the phrasing Fusion Summon on cards that Fusion Summon. I mean, everything that summons Fusion monsters properly either refers to "This summon being treated as a Fusion Summon" or "not needing Polymerization". Polymerization isn't even the main Fusion card anymore. Just write Fusion Summon on the cards and instead of "do not use Polymerization" write "do not Fusion Summon" or something.
