The use in Skill Drain.dek depends if Machines and Beast-Warriors go good with the theme.

Fusilier Dragon exists, well, and of course Barb too, so yeah...might be useful.

Of course SIN Cyber End is easier to summon early game, but you don't always have the Skill Drain.
