Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned by discarding 3 DARK Machine-Type Normal Monsters. You can have this card lose 1000 ATK; Special Summon 1 Level 5 DARK Machine-Type monster (from your Deck). If this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): Equip it to a monster your opponent controls during the End Phase of this turn. Take control of the equipped monster.

taking control of the equipped monster is OPed

you shouldn't have made that a permanent control

I guess Dark Necrofear is OP'd then. Nobody should ever use it because that would be cheating. ;)

I'm still getting used to the newfangled OCG, but I'm pretty sure you still need to specify where you're discarding the DARK Machines from (I assume you mean hand).

I would think the special summon effect should have a once per turn limit, but balance was never my specialty, lol.

Overall - 10.67 + 0.5 bonus for trying to make an old useless card useful = 11.17/13.69

Simply saying "discard" already implies that it's from the hand.

Well, you can discard from your hand or deck, you can discard from an opponent's hand or deck, etc. etc. Maybe I just like specificity too much, lol.
