Lore:Negate the attack of a Light monster and destroy it.
Then your opponent must draw cards untill he draws a Lvl 5 or Higher monster. He must Special Summon it. All other cards are sent to the hand, and if your hand contains 8 or more cards, your opponent must discard cards untill he has 6 cards.

Ignore the Card effect its wrong, Lore is right

Lore:Negate the summoning of an opponents monster and destroy it. Then your opponent must discard cards from his hand equal to the number of cards in his Graveyard. If he cannot, Destroy this card before activation

Lore: During the Standby Phase, your opponent must reveal cards in his hand equal to the cards on the field.
If he cannot, You and your opponent must discard your entire hand

You should probably do this:
The cards should go to the bottom of the deck and the deck has to be shuffled.
The fact that you need to pull a Dark Monster, it is VERY unfair for decks that don't have Dark-types, possibly change that to "Draw until they get a 5 star or higher monster."

Cursed amulets is good for milling

For Mortal Wounds, the last effect you need an alternative

you said both you and your opponent MUST discard your entire hand. However that only works if both players have cards to discard. Since you used "must" that means no discarding is not an option. So what happens if one of you doesn't have any cards to discard?
