In the URL tag, you don't use quotation marks. Also, the source of the image should be in the img tag. Example:

Also, while the effort you put into the organization of your cards is impressive, I think it would be better if you toned it down a bit, namely just splitting up Monsters, Spells, Traps, and Extra Deck cards. No need to separate by Normal/Effect/Ritual monsters or by Level. That's just overkill.
