the only thing for Duel Draw is I want to know why you'd want to keep it for 4 turns

seems likely your opponent will rid it off before that
good point i'll change it. Thanks for the help. overall what was ur impression or opinion of the cards.

hopefully but only a small amount. i'm leaving room for staples and other cards that can help the duelist like reinforcment of the army.

http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Reinforcement_of_the_Army

even though its limited but u get my point. :)

thanks for your opinion. much appreciated.

Wynd is slightly meh

Heavy Storm can do just as well. Yes it effects your end too, but still
Yeah I know but heavy storms forbidden in a deck sice the ban list march 2011. I also kept to the theme that most wind type monsters usually have an effect to destroy spell and/or trap cards besides every deck needs some cards that destroy spell and trap cards. Very useful. Thanks for your opinion. :)

Wording/Grammar = 2/10
Creativity = 10/20
Balance = 19/30
Viability = 17/40

48% = D

A lot of room for improvement here, particularly in the grammar and creativity departments. Your sense of balance is quite surprising for a new member as it strikes me as similar to the underpowered level that most cardmakers in RC call "perfectly balanced". Your cards just need more flair - you are definitely better than your average new cardmaker, so why not swot up on OCG and the metagame? I guarantee it will improve your cardmaking. Onto the review.

Your OCG and grammar is...poor. Very poor. You should PM Mr. Striker, he's probably the best for OCG in RC. You did actually bother to have a serial number, but you didn't use the 1996 Kazuki Takahashi clause that real cards have. I'm sorry, but I have to mark you a very low score. On to Creativity - these cards are clearly inspired, but are too obviously so. They seem to be a subtype of Lightsworns, but you make mistakes - you only give some of them a milling clause and you make them support Realm of Light, a card that is rarely ever used in good Lightsworns decks. Milling as cost to destroy is quite a nice idea, but the reason you managed a half mark in the Creativity section with for Duel Draw and Ultimate Disguise, which both have intriguing concepts and are developed well. For that I'll give you a half mark in the Creativity section - you had good concepts, but they were only present on a couple of cards. Balance and Viability go somewhat hand-in-hand - simply put, the archetype just isn't good enough. It has some great support, but there is no clear focus on pure beatdown or powerful effects - the Spells and Traps maketh the archetype, and that should not be the case in a well-made one. The monsters are dull are rarely useful, bar a couple. You just need to tap up the power levels at tad and make the monsters have more synergy - pour le moment they don't mesh together at all. And if you are making a sub-archetype for Lightsworns, then make them more like Lightsworns - give them more milling effects and give them abilities that Lightsworns currently need, like searching power.

Overall, you have enough potential to get better quite quickly. Brush up a lot on your OCG (PM an experienced cardmaker or a specialist like Mr. Striker) and get to know the current game better. Your cardmaking will improve. And my advice - try not to listen too much to most of the RC reviewing crowd.

You got to love it when you are referred by someone else. It is heart warming. Well, time to do my thing.
When a "Lightsworn" monster is destroyed by battle: Destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.

A simple card. An easy eye for an eye. However, this card is outclassed by others. Also, I prefer not letting your opponent get the chance to destroy your monsters.

When this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" card: It gains the following effect: As long as this card remains in your Graveyard: the controller of this card can send 1 "Lightsworn-Samurai" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard.

A Spell that works in the Grave? Interesting. It may need a cap on the amount of times you can use the effect, since I've seen some of your monsters. It does make them playable though, I'll give you that.

Once per turn: You can banish 1 "Lightsworn" monster from your Graveyard; this card can attack twice this turn. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to the number of LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard x 100. During the End Phase: Send the top 3 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard.

A beatstick for Lightsworns that can attack twice? If this was printed, most likely it would be Semi-Limited. It's ATK can be a game changer, yet I doubt it'll have an impact over certain monsters.

When this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" card: It gains the following effect: As long as this card remains in your Graveyard: During your Standby Phase: You can add 1 "Lightsworn" monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

Similar effect to "Lightsworn Aid". Allows recycling to happen, which is good.

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned by banishing 2 "Lightsworn-Samurai" monsters from your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn: You can send the top 3 cards from your Deck to the Graveyard; destroy 1 card on the field.

An optional mill effect with destruction. Wulf is pleased. This also laughs at Dark Hole and Mirror Force.

Interesting. I doubt you can use its anti-Special Summon effect with its 0 ATK. Also, doesn't this hamper the usability of some of your monsters?
Consider that part 1 of my reviews. I have 15 to go.

Time for part 2.
While you control at least 1 other face up "Lightsworn-Samurai" monster: This card is unaffected by the effects of Spell/Trap Cards and cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" monster: It gains the following effect: As long as this card remains in your Graveyard; Your opponent cannot activate any Trap Cards.

Trap lockdown? It's a monster version of Decree!

When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Lightsworn-Samurai" monster from your Deck to your hand. When this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" card: It gains the following effect: During your Standby Phase, while this card is in your Graveyard: You can select 1 "Lightsworn-Samurai" monster from your Graveyard; shuffle it into your Deck.

Mini "Pot of Avarice"? Interesting.

This card can attack twice. When this card is sent from the Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" card: It gains the following effect: As long as this card remains in your Graveyard; your opponent cannot activate the effects of Spell Cards.

Imperial Order rings a bell. There was a reason why it was banned.

All Battle Damage your opponent receives from battles involving this card becomes 0. When this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Lightsworn" card: It gains the following effect: When you take Battle Damage while this card is in your Graveyard: You can end the Battle Phase after the damage calculation. If you use this effect: Skip your next End Phase.

You don't do much in the End Phase, so that restriction means nothing. This limits your opponent's attacks to 1 a turn. Also, effect damage can happen outside the Battle Phase, so I omitted it.
I only did 4 since I've been busy today. 11 more to go.
