dongaboy
This card can only be activated when either player discards a card. When this card is activated, Increase both players Life Points equal to the amount of cards each player has in their Graveyard x 200. Then you may pay Life Points in multiples of 500 to send cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. If an "Eye Of The Unforgiving Past" is sent to the Graveyard by this cards effect, the controller of this card loses the Duel. If this card exists in your Graveyard during the Standby Phase of your turn, you can pay 1000 Life Points to add this card to your Deck. The Deck is then shuffled. Abstract [Atrocity]
It's pretty good, 9/10. If it was real tho, I don't know if it would be Limited or not at all, with 1 it keeps you from getting a lot of LP, but with 3 you have abig risk of losing (if your opponent runs 3). and the dude on the pic is Pesche from bleach, right?
