Grave Digger is interesting, make a Draw Back though. Like during each of your End Phases, take 500 damage.
As for Pot of Jealousy, it is OP. Pot of Greed is banned for netting 2 cards for no cost. Maybe make it "Draw 2 cards from the top of your opponent's deck. You cannot Summon or Set the turn you activate this card."
7.6/10

Or that. Though if you literally mean "your own cards" then the discard should be prior to the draw, as so.

"Discard 2 cards: Draw 2 cards from your opponent's deck.

Although now that I think about it, even THEN it's a bit on the broken end

isn't that among the reasons why everyone said Graceful Charity is so broken nowadays?

Graceful Charity nets you card, none the less out of your deck. Giving you many options and such. DW and Fabled would be so OP with Charity >,>
*Shivers*
The effect I put would be a -1.
Play Pot (-1) Discard 2 (-3) Draw 2 from opponent deck (back to -1)
Plus, if you draw their monsters, they are usually pointless and will most likely be a chump blocker.

Pot of Jealousy would be broken and would be banned because it adds a broken concept the game which allows you to play your opponent's cards under your discretion. No matter what real cost you add, drawing cards from your opponent's deck is not a concept that should be or would be explored by Konami because of the fact it is to broken.

Adding a simple discard two cards can simply mean you can just draw two cards and send their good spell and trap cards from your hand to the graveyard.

My first post said "As for Pot of Jealousy, it is OP. Pot of Greed is banned for netting 2 cards for no cost"
You said "Pot Of Greed is banned because draw 2 cards from your deck without no cost"
XD I just found that funny
