After all, it's a bit of overkill banning both this and Tsukuyomi just to stop a fairly simple loop. It's fair either one or the other gets off (and this card really isn't abusive). Then again, if you lost because of this, except when the field/hand is in zetsubou, you suck. EDIT: Another reason why this is way better than Drastic Drop Off.
