[center][center]It has been a long time since my last post here in YCM, and I have made some cards a long time ago, so I thought I would make them a bit better with OCG corrections, better images, and more.[/center][/center]

This card cannot be targeted by Spell, Trap or monster effects. Once per turn, you select 1 Dragon-type monster with 3000 ATK or less from your Graveyard and Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position. A monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack directly.

nice spin on Blue eyes with synchro. but the effect is OP even with the cannot attack directly, because being a synchro, it is easier to summon and use the effect

the summoning effect doesn't require direct attacks to be OPed. You should have given it a different drawback, like effect negation or something
