Instant "Ancient Gear Gadjitron" on first turn. Now tell me that is not overpowered, because it is. Anyways, the card. You can't limit just one card from a list of 100+ different Field Spells. That doesn't make any sense. Takes an extra turn to activate sure, but it does the same job as this card. Getting out 2 Gadjiltrons instead of 1. Yet again, not only that but it also REQUIRES 2 Field Spells to be pulled, making the deck require to run 4 field spells to run all 3. As well as the potential fact of actually having to discard a card you need in a deck thats already pressing for space. It requires a nonproblematic and specific decktype just to do what you're telling it to. Yet even if it does based on THIS CARD AND EXAMPLE ALONE. Based on the cost all you have to do is Semi Geartown and this card is fine at 3. You seldom get more out anyway. Oh. I did not know that. To Devil's Advocate: Can you defend your two statements? It makes no sense, at all, and basically says "Let's just kill the card's best targets.", essentially killing the card. And next time when you revise a card, if your topic is immediate please just PM me and I'll reopen it according to your changes. That being said, this card is more like a -2 deck thing. The way you have it worded is that the discard comes after the addition, and since thats 2 in the hand FIRST, then discard 1 SECOND, this card is paying its own "cost". A slightly better yet worst Terraforming, nothing more as it would require a deck that doesnt just require specific field spells but a good chunk of them. I do not do names well. Do you? Dark Worlds are almost half of these cards, and since people are complaining about them, changing it to send would get rid of the Dark World problem completely. Adding 2 fields to the hand isn't the greatest, and being forced to have to fields in the deck isn't the greatest thing either. besides, DWs don't even run the original Terraforming anyway. To make a good custom card of your own that wont get this much hate:- Get a picture that has not been used on a real card-- Make it a good picture (no boarders or words)- Get creative with the card names!- Make unique and non-already-created card effects- Try to make the card effect balanced and not give just one person out of all the people playing an advantage Make it your OWN card!
