How isn't tengu broken? It's essentially a +2 on summon... Going first is a ridiculous unfair advantage that needs to be fixed. Mass setting isn't a problem at all, the only problem is that some of the back row cards are broken. If summon negation didn't exist (warning, judgment, oppression) the backrow wouldn't mean squat dung. So ban all of the problem power cards (both monsters and spells/traps) and watch as the game goes back to its fun, skillful and interactive self.
