I don't really see what you are trying to do with this deck. It's just a bunch of staples and Zombie World.

You don't have a ton of cards that can benefit from it. Zombie World doesn't make Deck Monsters into Zombies, so Pyramid Turtle has a limited range of targets.

Sorry I can't tell you what to neg and all that jazz. I have to catch up with everybody else in terms of what cards are out, and what the newer ones do.

The point is that he can basically revive everything from his Graveyard because everything's Zombie-Type.
The other point is that he can revive everything from his opponent's Graveyard with Doomkaiser Dragon.

Since you can't run Spore, you need something else otherwise Lonefire can clog. I'd suggest Copy Plant for lack of another good Tuner.

Neg Dark End Dragon for Scrap Dragon. Always outclassed by it.

Try to fit in a Burial from the Different Dimension and maybe a Tour Guide/Sangan engine.

-2 De-Synchro

+2 Pot of Avarice/Duality, depending on preference.
Each one has a crippling downside in a deck like this; For avarice, there has to be 5 monsters in the Graveyard. You could either go with the theme of this Deck, or just ignore their effects long enough to use it. Pot of Duality won't let you Special Summon, so DKD and ZM wouldn't benefit.

But De-Synchro has a very crippling downside in this deck, the fact it's a bad card that only serves as a - 1, with a highly situational + 0 under very limited circumstances. Pot of Avarice is always a +1 and Pot of Duality is always a +0. And it's not like you have to use them the moment you draw them. You don't have to use them in situations they would be detrimental in. Try testing one of them out.

Why have you put a spore in ?
Because he's running Lonefire =/

Anyway, just because Duality stops Special Summoning doesn't mean you can't run it. TenguPlants which Special Summon nearly every turn still run Duality. And you could probably activate Avarice second turn if you wanted.
