When this card is destroyed by battle, destroy 2 face-up Spell cards your opponent controls. If your opponent doesn't control any face-up Spell cards, destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. If your opponent controls only 1 face-up Spell card, destroy it and draw 1 card. If that card is Dragon-type monster, you can reveal it to draw 1 more card.

I don't really this effect, with an 3200 ATK, i prefer destroy it with Spell or Trap(Hammer Shot,Raigeki Break, etc)

I think you should decrease its ATK to 3000 or less. Otherwise the card is very good and so is the pic.

for Heat fire, "If your opponent doesn't control any face-up Spell cards, destroy 1 face-up monster your opponent controls" <--and what happens if your opponent has no face up monsters?

for its draw power though, I'd take out the part of the additional draw if it's a dragon monster (seems too much draw power)

When Heat Fire Is Destroyed By Battle So The Monster That Defeated Him Is A Face Up Monster. :--)
