I suppose this would drastically destroy the game, and make the Meta even worse than it is now. Especially when you Tune your Witch of the Black Forest with your Sangan and your Glow-Up Bulb, bring out Scrap Dragon, destroy stuff, then search basically any 2 monsters you want from your Deck. It's even better with Bad Reaction to Simochi and Rain Of Mercy, along with Dark Room of Nightmare and Spell Absorbtion. Makes that 1 Rain of Mercy become 1300 burn and 1500 gain, it's so awesome.
