Konami makes great choices towards the banlist. Nothing they do regarding that is ever wrong, bad, etc. BTW, he called me a fa****. I'm smart :3 Dooper, they're useful, but they don't win games. They reset the field by barely anything. Yes, they were both horribly designed, but they are not the problem. Decks before them would just have 2 more tech or support cards. Nothing else, they are not balanced, but they should not be hit (Atleast Dark Hole, imho) @Black Yes, everyone knows Tour Guide is the best card in the game now. Doesn't mean other not-balanced cards should be 3. That logic: Tengu is at 3. LET'S PUT MALICIOUS AT 3. Monster Reborn is at 1. LET'S PUT PREMATURE BURIAL AT 1 Dark Hole is at 1. [/quote] As I said though, the only real reason tour guide is so good, is because of sangan, which I also said should be banned. Assuming it was banned, tour guide would lose a lot of its power, essentially only allowing you to just normal summon a 2.5K beatstick, nothing special really. [/quote] The "1-card beaters" usually still rely on another card or a condition to fulfil the effect. Monk requires a spell discard, Shura requires destroying a monster by battle, etc. Reborn has no conditions or costs associated with it whatsoever, outside of there being a monster in either players graveyard, which is a joke. [/quote] Effort in playing your boss monster = bad Summoner Monk isn't even a -1. It's only a -1 to Summon something afterwards, which usually turns into plusses. If there's even a monster in a graveyard that hasn't been avariced, then good for you. There usually isn't a synchro or something jsut sitting in your Grave unless you play Six Sams or something.
