wiithepeople
When an opponent's monster is Normal or Special Summoned: Discard 1 "Watt" monster; negate the Summon and destroy the monster. I feel that post-Shockwave, when this, Wattcobra, and Photon Lead come out, the onslaught of the meta will occur in the form of Macro Watt in my opinion. It's worth trying on DN.
Toffee.
Seems interesting, considering its a weird-ass Watt-specific version of Solemn Warning.
Airride
Calling some odd censor in TCG. Maybe.
evilfusion
Wattking Cobra makes the cost easy to fulfill. Pretty decent card for Watts, but probably won't trump Solemn Warning.
It negates the Summon, so unless there are certain monsters that want their Summon negated, then doesn't their effect not happen either? Also, what about the new priority rule? Does that have anything to do with what this card can do?

Priority would be for bottomless, but TCG hasn't changed that yet.
