DivineSkyDragonOsiris
1, Hyper-Tech Code Memorizer When a Level 4 or lower monster is Special Summoned, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Special Summoned by its effect, you can select 1 monster card in your Graveyard and place it on the top of your Deck. 2, Hyper-Tech Satellite Soldier If you Synchro Summon a "Hyper-Tech" Synchro Monster, you can treat this card as a non-Tuner monster. When this face-up card on the field is destroyed, your opponent discards 1 random card from his/her hand to the Graveyard. 3, Hyper-Tech Prism Commander "Hyper-Tech" Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy up to 2 cards on the field. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 monster you control to inflict 800 damage to your opponent's LP.
Thar
Only thing I see is that "Life Points" is not an acronym. Plus the last card looks OP with it's ATK and DEF stats.

ragnarok1945
Prism Commander is meh. Just a stronger Mobius the Frost Monarch's effect plus a little burn for Satellite Soldier, "When this face-up card on the field is destroyed, your opponent discards 1 random card from his/her hand to the Graveyard."<--is that a must? Because then you should add an alternative for what happens if your opponent can't discard
DivineSkyDragonOsiris
I think it's not necessary, because there're a lot of cards in TGC that doesn't mention the "must discard card(s)". For example, if Rigras Leever is Flipped face-up but you don't have any cards in your hand then there's nothing for you to discard.
