Lexadin
As you might've concluded from this threads title I made more Anti-Meta. Though for some reason I have a feeling the could abuse them aswell. But that's what they're good at, abusing things. Just like... *stops before making a joke* Ehem. Enjoy the cards. Also, if you say something about the OCG being wrong, do correct it. Img by Daemon Cannot be Special Summoned. During the turn you Tribute Summoned a monster: you can Normal Summon 1 additional time this turn to Normal Summon this card without Tributes. If you do: decrease this card's ATK by 200. All Special Summoned Monsters have their effects negated and thier ATK decreased by 500. When this card is Tribute Summoned: This card is always treated as a Normal Monster, and not as an Effect Monster. Img from my archive (link is in sig). When your opponent Special Summons a monster: negate the effects of all Special Summoned monsters until your next End Phase. Sander
Eeeh, it requirng to actually Tribute Summon another monster makes this card kinda slow.
Big Lez
You mean. Youre allowed to Normal Summon 1 more time + This card could be Normal Summoned then, without a Tribute.. "you can Normal Summon 1 additional time this turn to Normal Summon this card without Tributes" Right? It's just like Special Summoning it, but having it treated as Normal Summon + you treat it as Normal Monster. The problem is. This isnt really ANTI...this is just treating the Summoning as Normal + An effect Monster as Normal. So you could do the Same with a Xyz or Synchro "Detatch 1 monster to treat this as Normal Monster" or "Synchro Summon is treated as Normal Summon; card is treated as Normal Monster" Yeaaah..Thats my point
Well you have a point, though I was thinking about Monarch's when making that part of it's effect. Also, it's a free effect locking beatstick. So I thought that would compensate for that. SUmmoned monster's effects' part. Considering it's an alternative to Sp. Summoning it's save for it's own effect. That's the Anti-Meta effect. The other effects are just to help it get Summoned and remain on the field (being a Normal Monster, while also being able to activate it's effect allows it being save for many Effect Monster designating cards while being able to use Vanilla Support). shelds9
The first card wins in Steelswarms. The second is somewhat useful and might be used as a side tech. Great cards, as usual.

Nightmare Moon
Hey Lex, 'member me? Great cards. :3 Btw, the girl on the Black Feathers Falling looks like a Blackwing, just a thought. ^^
Lexadin
??? *checks name history* Ah, I do remember you. I do actually notice that. That's why I called it 'Black Feathers Falling'. Because the Japanese name for Blackwing's is Black Feather. Get it now? And imo she doesn't look that much like an BW.

ragnarok1945
only 1 thing you might want to change, Lex: "All Special Summoned Monsters have their effects negated and thier ATK decreased by 500" This effect is fine, but don't make it PERMANENT
Varionius
Jeah, but if it is permanent, make it smaller like 300 or 200. 8/
ragnarok1945
my point exactly, 500 isn't worth permanent if you're going to keep it for like 2 turns then by all means fine
Time Psyduck
The ATK decrease isn't permanent - it's a continuous effect that applies as long as this card is on the field and has it's effect active. Once it goes away, the ATK comes back. 500 may be a bit much, but it's ATK is already at the level where people are mostly going to remove it by effect anyway. Maybe if it's ATK was slightly lower it would be better - it could always have the current ATK incorporated as part of the 'being treated as a normal monster' effect. I'm not sure how much anti-meta tribute, apart from monarchs, but I would expect this would just result in some new variants. Black Feathers Falling seems nice. It could probably be a trap, simply because you're very rarely going to need it on your turn, but being a spell also avoids Trap Stun/Decree, which is nice. Lexadin
I added another line to 'Ga-Lukan Axeman' which should do it good. Also as 'Black Feathers Falling' is a Quick-Play Spell it can activate itself during your opps turn aswell. Just saying.
Sander
Ga-Lukan Axeman's self-ATK decrease is in there, why?
Lexadin
Seems a tad more fair. It still has enough ATK to take out Monarch's while keeping it's ATK decrease effect. Also it gives more reasons to Tribute Summon it.
