Synchronized
-2s are fun!
You TCG people and your harsh criticisms. I'm kidding. But, the card one, can revive itself, so I was going for a bit of a loop. I almost made it a Quick-Play but then decided not to. Ieyasu Tokugawa
yes, card can revive itself at the cost of the monster you brought out for it. Then you have to -2 again to use it.

▪ατємυ▪
True, it's a -2, but IMO, a good one. The secondary effect where the card revives itself would probably lack use, and it'd be ran in multiples, but I like your idea. Your OCG is great and I don't see any needed improvements. 8/
Sander
The last effect is pontless. You're going to -2 yourself just so you could banish Fog King and -2 yourself again?
ragnarok1945
it's fine since Fog King's stats are 0/0 "By banishing this card in your Graveyard when a "Fog King" you control is targeted for an attack: Negate the attack. Then, you can banish 1 "Fog King" you control to add this banished card to your hand" The last sentence though I'd take out the part of banishing the Fog King though........
