Mind read slightly reminds me of an anime card called Michizure of Doom, though that was slightly more balanced

"Then you may search your Deck for a Psychic monster of the same level as the destroyed monster and add it to your hand. If he has no monsters; destroy 1 spell or trap card on the field." <--for Psi Charge, and what if there's no spell/traps to destroy?
