Because we know that arguing with you over how terrible your deckbuilding skill are is futile
Telling someone NOT to put in Bani-Fish support in a Bani-Fish deck is retarded. You might as well tell someone not to throw in Ultimate Offering for a Gadget deck. .-.

I'm up for suggestions. Reasonable ones. Not no, "Don't put the support cards in for that theme! It's stupid! Instead, put these staples in, even though some go against the theme!"

Tour Guide/Sangan doesn't go against themes, it gets cards faster and gets you a decent beater for 1 card.

You know Ultimate Offering in Gadgets is actually quite cloggy and shouldn't be run at 3?

And you know that a staple is a staple and should be run everywhere :/

And you know that Banisharks use the Graveyard more than the RFG zone?

Bad:
1 Aqua Spirit
1 Amphibious Bugroth MK-3
2 Mermaid Archer
1 Spined Gillman
1 Reese the Ice Mistress
1 Water Hazard
1 Aqua Jet
1 Swords of Revealing Light
Nearly all the Traps
The Deep Sea Diva engine is basically:

3 Deep Sea Diva
1 Lost Blue Breaker

Just run second class replacements for the staples and max out some of the other stuff.

You do know the Ultimate Offering/Gadget = Complete shut down deck, right? .-.

Why Mermaid Archer, Spined Gillman, and Water Hazard? I understand the rest and actually am looking for replacements for them...but why those three? :\

Because Water Hazard is below par when you can run Surface and more Salvage.

And Mermaid Archer/Spined Gillman aren't needed. The only Deep Sea Diva targets you need are a single copy of Lost Blue Breaker. Usually the only thing you should be searching with Diva is another Diva.

I don't even understand that.

Focusing on one target makes your deck easy to counter, does it not? Would adding a bit of versatility actually be that bad?

And...seriously? You don't know the Gadget/Ultimate Offering Combo? Basically, you swarm the field with Xyz material. And when Shock Ruler comes out, you add him to your deck so you can Xyz summon him...multiple times...in one turn...and completely shut your opponent down.

I would have to agree on Offering, though I wouldn't use it period.

Also, Gillman is actually pretty useful, since the major Xyz + Synchro are both Sea Serpeant.

Not sure how you counter Diva when you're going to Synchro that turn =/ And don't say Warning or something because the same thing will happen no matter what you choose as your target.

Gillman is just a booster, if I needed a boost, I'll just make Brilli-Ant.

Well, the lockdown's fun but stupidly inconsistent running 3 Offering and 3 of each Gadget.

Diva + Mermaid Archer/Spined Gillman = Catastor/Sea Dragon. That's the main reason why I run them. But, on the off chance that my opponent has something to stop me from synchro summoning, I have the effects of Mermaid Archer and Spined Gillman to rely on. A level 3 with 2600 and an effect that helps protect it is a nice combo that I've pulled off countless times using DIva, Gillman, Mermaid, and Water Hazard.

It's like how Solemn Judgment's a bad card because your opponent could have Seven Tools.
