Agro
Here are the 3 originals; Kelpie was the most recently edited. 3 New cards on post 10: Slipstream Kelpie When this face-up card is returned to the hand, destroy all Set cards on the Field. If this card is returned to the hand this way, this monster cannot be Normal Summoned. Dark Scout Bird lore: This card cannot be destroyed by battle while in Attack position and you take no battle damage from those battles. This card must attack if able. When this card would be affected by a Quick-Play Spell or Trap effect: banish this card and add 1 DARK Winged Beast-type Monster from your Deck to your hand. That monster cannot be summoned this turn. Blackbird Swarm lore: Return 1 monster you control to your hand to Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK monster from your Graveyard. It cannot declare an attack or activate its effect.

Agro
Alright, I'll change the bird up a little bit. EDIT: Dark Bird's new effect is up.

Icy
How is this Dark Simorgh support and less generic support for their respective mechanics? First card seems to make Gallis OTK a bit of a toolbox deck though, so for that you get major points.
groniack
I think kelpie has too much ATK for a Level 3 monster. There are other Level 3 monsters that have 1800 ATK and negative effects. For example Big jaws has 1800 ATK and if he attacks he is banished. The other cards seem fine. 9,3 / 10 good job
Great&PowerfulTrixie
griniack is right....i forgot 2 mention it...but he needs lower atk or a negitive effect.
Agro
My bad on the Kelpie, I meant to make him level 4. As to the question of whether or not they are Dark Simorgh support. I was considering a deck based around DS, Reborn Tengu, and Genex Ally Birdman. The goal would be to eliminate all set spell and trap cards and then special summon Dark Simorgh and start up a lockdown. EDIT: Kelpie is at Level
ragnarok1945
Kelpie is a bit simple, but at lv4 it should be better (maybe a bit more versatile) problem is just returning to the hand makes the recycling effect a bit too easy to pull off once more
Agro
Edited Kelpie's effect. Also, 3 NEW CARDS! Ancient Simorgh of the Blazing Sky lore: You may Special Summon this card from your hand by banishing 1 WIND monster in your Graveyard. You may Special Summon this card from the Graveyard by banishing 1 WIND monster from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned, flip all set cards face-up (Card effects are not activated at this time); Any non-Continuous Spell/Trap cards are sent to the Graveyard. Ancient Simorgh of the Winter Moon lore: You may Special Summon this card from your hand by banishing 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. You may Special Summon this card from the Graveyard by banishing 1 DARK monster from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned, set all cards on the field other than this card, if a card cannot be set, send it to the Graveyard. Scout Android lore: Once per turn, you can pay 600 Life Points: select 1 card on the field and apply the following effects: Monster: It cannot change its battle position, attack, or activate its effect until your Opponent's next End Phase. Spell/Trap: If set, your opponent reveals it to you without activating it; that card cannot be activated until your Opponent's next End Phase. ragnarok1945
Blazing Skies is just a temp form of Light of Intervention Scout Android's effects are nothing new: monster effect is light a skill drain effect, and spell/trap reminds me of Cold Wave
Agro
EDIT: lower cost for android and added effect for ASotBS

This could be like a weaker form of Heavy Storm, not sure if that was your intent or not
It's not simply a Heavy Storm. First off, this card sends cards to the Graveyard (which could honestly classify it as an overpowered GT). Secondly, it does not simply work with set Spell/Traps, the effect to flip everything up works on, just that, EVERYTHING. It's like a light of intervention and a heavy storm mixed together and given a little salt.

Light of Intervention is still one of the Anti-Flip kings, adding HS just makes it even more powerful

ragnarok1945
that's more situational, I guess
Agro
Situational is good enough for me. I guess what I'm trying to figure out is if there is any downside to its card's effect.
