Blake Posted September 2, 2011 Report Share Posted September 2, 2011 Instant Rank 4 or Synchro Card is good in the same strain as Black Salvo and Junk Synchron, though this is more abusable, considering it has a wider range other than "Lv. 4 DARK MAchine" and "Lv. 2 or lower".
