[/quote] No, he wanted the monster that gains the level to have it be negated. So: When this card is Normal Summoned, put 3 Thunder Counters (Max 3.) on this card. You can remove 1 Thunder Counter from this card: add 1 level to any Monster on the field; negate the effect of that Monster. Kudos on using a MegaMan boss- even if it is sheepman. I'll fix that. On the record I had no idea it was a mega man boss. I was going to change it but there are no other electric shee p pictures that are good enough.
