Though it's really strange, since the Draco-Equiste says it can't be summoned "Except by Fusion Summon", yet it can be revived via REDMD/Reborn/Call/whatever? [/quote] Draco Equest says "Can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon (Fromthe Extra Deck)" The parenthesis limit the effect to only describing the Extra Deck, so it only means you can't Summon Draco-Equest through cards like Metamorphosis. [/quote] Oh, okay. You wrote it wrong. There's a big difference between [i]except[/i] which means in no other way, and [i]only[/i], which means you have to Summon it properly first. Nomis (cannot be Special Summoned except by...) cannot, unless it was properly Summoned AND the card ignores Summoning Conditions. Draco-equites (a Fusion, so a Semi-Nomi by default) says it can only be Special Summoned from the Extra Deck by Fusion Summon. The restriction is only on the Extra Deck, so you can't use Cyber-Stein or Metamorphosis on it, since those aren't Fusion Summons.
