Nu-Mou Knight
Might want to give the double attack a cost or some limit. You're saying that any monster you control can attack twice. That means I can have my Blue-Eyes Ultimate, or my Nitro Warrior, or whatever powerhouse I have attack twice. That's just too much. Also, just say that you can select a monster and it can attack twice. If you're going to have a monster attack twice, it's probably going to attack once, making the effect much simpler. 5/10 for this card, but I'm curious what you plan to do with FE here. [/quote] Honestly I'm not too worried about making it very balanced considering it's pop-culture. But yes I was thinking it was a bit (not OP but for lack of better word) OP. Edit: You do know what he does in FE right?
Nu-Mou Knight
I like to view PC in a more positive light, as if it were RC's little brother. But eh, whatever floats your boat. As for what Rafiel does in the game, I might not have played the one he's in, but I assume it has something to do with letting a character have a second turn.
