AeonPhoenix
Okay. Imagine the guys in charge of the OCG/TCG rules have been taking tons of drugs (which is probably the only way this would actually happen in real life) and they decided that instead of the forbidden section on the banlist being totally off limit in your deck, you would be allowed just one card from that whole forbidden section in your deck. (Limited and Semi-Limited stay as is) What deck would you start running, what card would you include from the forbidden section of the banlist in it and why? Shaco
Chaos Emperor Dragon That one card that switches your Deck with your Grave. Or if I didn't want to completely change my deck Monster Reborn/Pot of Greed/Change of Heart(I don't exactly remember all the cards on the ban list, so those are just then answers off the top of my head)
MasterOfMagicians
Chaos Emperor Dragon does not change your deck and your graveyard.
Shaco
No, I mean, that you'd have to tailor your deck to make it suited for a Chaos Emperor Dragon. While Monster Reborn/Pot of Greed/Change of Heart can be used in any deck.
MasterOfMagicians
Ah, misread.Thanks. Yeah, I don't know what that card is called either (wasn't sure if one even existed actually). I don't know what card I would get back. Probably Harpies Feather Duster. Its a lot easier to destroy your opponent, when you can eliminate their defenses with just a flick of a card. Shaco
Ah, yeah, forgot about Feather Duster and Raigeki, those are pretty beastly as well.
MasterOfMagicians
Those are my two favorite combos to use.Either that or Raikegi's counter-part; Lightning Vortex. Almost as deadly (mostly to the opponent's higher level monsters).Jinzo is another one, but I like a Magician deck, so Sorcerer of Dark Magic takes care of the trap problem for me. wilson91
Monster reborn totally. Easy way to win lol.
b7hamma
Graceful, Ring or Painful... you know, the useful ones. Raigeki/Duster will never be more than a +1 against a good opponent.
MasterOfMagicians
really?not even with magician of faith in the deck?what about all the other cards that allow you to bring spell cards back from the graveyard?Raigeki and Harpie's Feather Duster are lethal in any deck. If you ever want to test that, I am more than willing to duel you for it.
b7hamma
If your opponent has 3 or more S/Ts without any answer to Heavy Storm, he needs to learn to play. The same principle applies to Duster. If your opponent over-extends and has more than 3 monsters on the field without an answer to Lightning Vortex, he needs to learn to play. The same priniciple applies to Raigeki... and if he has 2 or 3 set, he needs to remember that NoC is at 2. If you have access to a banned card and burn it on Raigeki/Duster you need to rethink your strategy, we already have viable alternatives to those 2. CrabHelmet
I'd play Dark World and pick either Mirage of Nightmare or Graceful Charity.

RedSceptile
Butterfly Dagger Elma. With Arms Hole, I can grab it faster while Royal Magical Library and Gearfried is on the field. Awesome.

The Dark One
Black Luster Soldier- Envoy of the Beginning. Chaos Emperor Draogn is broken, but only becomes completely ridiculous in a format with Yata. If you can only have 1, I'd have to go with the soldier.
