Lore:
You can discard this card to add 1 "Alchemy Circle" from your deck to your hand. Once per turn you can put 1 Alcemy Counter on this card (max 3). Once per turn you can send 3 Alchemy counters from this card to select 1 face-up monster on the field that moneter gains 500 ATK and has its level increased by 1

Lore:
During your Stanby Phase you can place 1 Alchemy counter of one card on the field. Once per turn you can remove 4 Alchemy counters from the field to Special Summon 1 "Alchemist" monster from your hand. By removing 3 Alchemy counters from the field you can select 1 face-up monster on the field it gains 400 ATK but its effect is negated until the End Phase

i think you should change the spell card effect to by removing 3 alchemy counters from this card to special summon 1 alchemy monster (not in ocg form xD) so the monster gains the ATK boost,. i would suggest increasing the ATK given by both effects to 600 till the end phase beccause i dont think its worth gettin rid of that amount of counters. look forward to seeing more
