It obviously won't break the game but it fills the gap of formula synchron nicely. All it needs is the 'can synchro during opponent's turns' clause. Also, if you wanted this to be perfectly realistic, the set ID should be xxxx-ENnnnn (n=number x=letter) and obviously bottom corner would be different but somehow I don't think you need to be told that so...
