The top "layer" shows up first and the bottom layer is covered by layers above it. So make a background Layer 1. Pick a picture, melt the BG, and post it on top of Layer 1 (BG). make sure the pic is the top layer.If you don't mind, take a look at my set. No... NO! You try and cover it up, yet this topic of yours clearly has far worst. Good god, I know some people's mannerisms here are also terrible, and they deserve punishment as well but dude. You try and claim you didn't rage, there is plenty evidence of it, you say others have overreacted when while they did raise a little to it, overreaction isn't true. No, and you insulted other people's advice, other people's art, tried to turn it into an "I'm right", instead of being passive and PMing a moderator their demeanor. Not to mention, this isn't the only time I've seen you do this. I tried to give you the newbie will get better treatment, you... didn't work at all. It's 4am, and following up on a thread to just look at your things to see what you mean; saw that you're just as much as a problem as the replies you get.
