Good idea.. However, kind of OP I think.
How 'bout making it a Low-Leveled monster with Low ATK but having more good effects?

I sort of think this could be overpowered just because of Allure of Darkness, which is still a ridiculous staple. However, it's also the only way I can think of that easily gets this thing out, and it's limited. So I made this card limited as well.

it's actually not too hard to summon

shame it has to effects while on the field, so you should give it one, then maybe drop the lv to 8 and its base atk to 3000 instead
