OmegaWave
(Ifrit) 1 Fiend-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner FIRE Monsters. When this card is Synchro Summoned: Add 1 Level 4 or lower Fiend-Type Monster from your Graveyard to your hand. Once per turn: You can reveal any number of Fiend-Type Monsters in your hand. This card can attack a number of times equal to the number of cards you revealed until the End Phase. OCG: 3/4 Uniqueness: 4/4 Balance: 1/4 Total: 8/12 (Divided by 3) = 2.66/4 = C+ The OCG was fine, a few minor mistakes here and there. This card is unique IMO, I haven't seen one like it. However, it's actually very underpowered. I can't think of a single deck that can run Fiends and FIRE monsters in perfect harmony. Plus, to make use of it's effect, you'd need to have atleast 2 Fiends in your hand, which could be cloggy. Although......it DOES recycle Tour Guide..... (Astrend) 1 Warrior-Type Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner EARTH Monsters. When this card battles a monster with the same level: Destroy that monster without applying damage calculation and inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's original ATK. OCG: 3/4 Uniqueness: 4/4 Balance: 2/4 Total: 9/12 (divided by 3) = 3/4 = B Like Ifrit, a few minor OCG mistakes. Another unique card. This card has a very nice effect, however the reason it's not really balanced is because it's limited to level 8 monsters. 2500 ATK is easily run over nowadays and if your opponent doesn't have a level 8 out, well this card is pretty useless. All in all, very nice tries.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
This card belongs in Pop-*stabbed* For the first card: FlamvellFabledWorld? I really don't see the materials of this card stacking up that nicely. The last effect is kinda broken-ish, especially if you play said deck style (which is crazy disorganized, but still a possibility), since you can attack like 5 times in a turn. For the second card: An interesting mechanic. Can easily clear away RDA or other such spammable Synchros. SDD not so much, because it is a "destroy" effect. As for OCG, "monster" and "level" should be lowercase. Since the first card is broken, I can't rate it, but I give the second one a 8/10.
Tokyo Duel
You're joking... I could've sworn I changed Ifrit's attack! I was thinking I had 3k earlier! Urgh, *Going to fix* By the way, I'm not entirely that knowledgable with the new OCG. =/ As for Ifrit, what if I just minus the part where the player adds a Fiend to thier hand? o.o
Not-so-Radiant Arin
As for Ifrit, what if I just minus the part where the player adds a Fiend to thier hand? o.o
Would make it just a tad bit more balanced. Wouldn't really solve anything, though.
Tokyo Duel
Well, there's a ton of cards that allow multiple attacks. Armed Samurai Ben Kai, Shooting Star Dragon, Shooting Quasar Dragon, etc. EDIT: New cards.
ragnarok1945
Ifrit is OPed. You should have said it can't attack directly if it uses that effect nice, so Flame Incarnite is like a DNA transplant for you, this would go great with Solar Flare Dragon
