Jacob Slottet
This card cannot Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned if there is a face up FIRE monster on the Field. This card is destroyed if a FIRE monster is Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned, or Special Summoned. As long as this card remains face up on the Field negate the effects of all face-up effect monsters on the Field. This card must be attacked twice during the same Battle Phase to be destroyed as a result of battle (apply damage calculation normally). If this card is destroyed and sent from the field to the Graveyard, Special Summon it during the End Phase of this turn. Each player can only use the effect of "Scrap-Iron Dragon" once per Duel. Thar
Glacier dragon has a few typos. I like the idea, though. I definitely see the concept of a frozen environment there. Drawback is realistic as well. But not as original as it could have been. 8.7/10 Scrap-Iron Dragon: the statement in the parentheses wasn't necessary, neither was "sent from the field to the graveyard." A card can only be destroyed on the field, not anywhere else. Plus its a little overpowered. Having to attack it twice while bringing it back one more time is a bit of a stretch, plus you can always bring it back with a Resurrection spell due to lack of restriction. 7.9/
Jacob Slottet
How could Galcier Dragon's drawback have been more realistic... or original? Perhaps ATK/1600 & DEF/1600? Actually, I based Scrap-Iron Dragon off Twin-Headed Behemoth. Even if you do resurrect it you won't be able to use his secondary effect again. ragnarok1945
"As long as this card remains face up on the Field negate the effects of all face-up effect monsters on the Field." Then technically it would negate itself as well with this, for Glacier Dragon
NumberCruncher
Lol at how Scrap-Iron Dragon would be a "Scrap" monster.
