anyways if it was just plain out destroyed by effect or by battle than it would be alittle bit better. but even than its toliet paper

That's what Fan-Fics are for. Along with Akashic Record, Makyura the Destructor, Rescue Cat, Ring of Destruction (or is it Destruction Ring, not sure), Fishborg Blaster, CED - EotE, and a whole bunch of other cards.
