Yugioh Cards with different art

Hi I just wanted to know if you guys know where can I get different YGO cards with different art I mean....

You see? they are the same card but with different pictures, is just i want to buy some cards (I have none) and I wanna buy "Dark Magician Girl" because it was my favorite when I was a kid but I want the second card's art, is this art at random or is it something special like a booster pack or something?

Alt art are generally special cards in packs. No cards are at random except those special edition that gives you a chance at 1 of 2 cards.
